I bought 4. 2 are still working. . Bought this because the edinburgh winter can be quite harsh and my flat mates enjoy saving in central heating. My boyfriend got it first and what i liked about it was that you can place it vertically and horizontally so you can have a broader or taller stream of heat. I have a £20 one from argos and comparatively1) this is much stronger.
It actually burns if you sit in front of it too long. But that doesn't happen with my argos fan heater which is 1200w. 2) it's much quieter. I'm a light sleeper and i was able to sleep with this on but can't sleep to wel with the argos one on. 3) there's only 2 setting for the heat with a timer.
