Complete disaster from amazom. The heaters were sent without a consignment number which meant that i could not reschedule the delivery. I asked amazon if they could help. City link tried to deliver it twice when i was not at home. I went to the city link depot to collect it within the five day period before they would return it to the sender and found that the heaters had been recalled by kinnear electrical to ireland.
Without any further explanation amazon are returning my money to me. Not good. Doesn't deserve even one star.

Excellent Quality. Got this to replace previous glen heater in bathroom. Previous heater in much use over 10 years, finally killed by my daughters talcum powder storms! good thing is that all the fittings fit in same holes so no need to drill, good to know that this is thought of when redesigns and updates are done. .
